1st Year Accomplishments
Home Fur Good was started by a group of people that had been
involved in other shelters and felt they could save even more
animals by starting a brand new shelter of their own. Starting from
scratch brings a lot of challenges. No single location to house the
animals; no location for volunteers to meet; no place to show
animals; no funding; a small group of people to do everything; and,
most importantly, no animals. In one year we fixed all of that and
so much more!
